Your intake quiz answers shape every piece of content you receive. Your faith tradition, current challenge, goals, and schedule are all factored in — so a member walking through grief receives something entirely different from a member focused on recovery accountability. You choose your preferred delivery time during the intake quiz — early morning, morning, midday, or evening. Content is delivered at 7:00 AM in your local time zone by default unless you specify otherwise.
